1. Story of the Birth of the Warrior Class

There are a total of 6 combat skills, known as the "Authentic Six" that
have been inherited among the Nevarethians. Among the Authentic Six,
"Warrior", "Blader", and "Wizard" have been said to have been
established before the Nevareth Exodus, also known as the “Honorable
Age”.

According to a theory, at a time when Core Technology was at the zenith
of its prosperity, hundreds of groups were practicing and studying
their own unique skills, but the present skills are the ones that were
developed by the first generation of the 7 sages, which were based on
the knowledge of the Nevareth Exodus survivors.

"Warriors" are the ones who have inherited the very "first form of
force". They exercise “force” by through physical strength, rather than
manipulating it. Therefore, being a warrior requires being physically
superior than successors of the other forms of force.

As Warriors prioritize physical power over technique and speed, their
fights are thrilling and dynamic. On the contrary, their understanding
in force manipulation is quite limited, and thus their intelligence is
given less weight in their practice. However, well-experienced warriors
are said to be able to awaken their latent abilities by using force to
become berserk warriors, and summon Astral Weapons by going through a
spiritual awakening in the manipulation of force.

2. Warrior Pros and Cons

PROS: - Warriors possess powerful skills, meaning they have high multipliers and great base and level up bonus damages.

- Warriors are able to wear the Heavy Armor Set, which gives them
high defense. This means you can somewhat tank better than 4 other
classes besides the Force Shielder class.

- Warriors only equip one two-handed weapon, which makes it easier to search for weapons.

CONS: - Warriors are known in all games for their massive
amounts of HP and Defense. However, Cabal Warriors can only possess
high defense but not the amount of HP that will make Warrior lovers
happy. *This was the PERSONAL reason why I did not enjoy this class.
Please do not let this affect your decision in choosing your class.*

3. Skills

For the skills section, I have split them up into two sections, one for
Active Skills and another for Upgrade Skills. The reason I will provide
as to whether or not to get the skill will be backed up by reason and
in game testing. However, some of you will find some skills suitable to
your liking, even though I have declared it useless. Therefore, do not
let this be an iron-clad guide as to what skills you learn and not
learn.

Before I continue, I would like to make clear of some inconsistencies, and they are:

1. Knockdown – Literally means knockdown. Many people confuse knockdown
and knockback. Knockdown will knock the enemy down, therefore giving
you time to cast your next skill without taking damage as the enemy is
taking the time to get up.

2. Knockback – This will knock the enemies back AND make them fall.
Same as knockback but with that little extra kick of booting them a
fair distance from you. This effect will cause your mob group to
disperse, therefore you would have to regroup them.

3. Stun – Kind of obvious so I won’t explain what it does.

As to what each limit number represents, read the following:

Limit 1: Single target.

Limit 2: Can be piercing or it can be a 120 degree AoE in front of you
or to your side. I will denote AoE and its direction with (Piercing),
(Front), or (Side).

Limit 3: 360 degrees all around you.

Limit 4 (Possessed only by Wizards): 360 degrees around you with a larger radius.

Also, the reason I will tell you to get a skill to level 9 is because
all skills have the same cool down time as their cast time when it is
at level 9. The cool down of the skill at this level is also the
shortest it will ever be at any other level.

3.1 Active Skills

NOVICE

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0001_swordFADE STEP: Let’s you move a short distance backwards. In PvP, this
skill will cancel the opponent’s combo chain immediately. I believe it
is useless.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_swordFLASH DRAW: Limit 2 (Front) and Knockdown. Level this skill to level 9.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_2_swordIMPACT STAB: Limit 2 (Piercing). Single target skill with low damage,
however, this is the skill with the shortest cast time at level 9
possess by Warriors. Level this skill to level 9, it is great for skill
leveling.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0000_swordPOWER STAB: Limit 2 (Piercing). Single target skill with low damage,
however get it and let it stay at level 1 for the sake of having 4
skills for combo.

APPRENTICE

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0002_swordDASH: Let’s you move a distance in a straight line in front of you.
This skill does not let you move through obstacles, but it does allow
you to move through bosses and mobs in dungeons, which makes it
particularly useful. For reasons as to why it’s helpful please read 8.
Boss Strategies and 9. Major Dungeons, respectively. Level this skill
to 9

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0003_swordCONCENTRATION [BUFF]: Increases your hit rate. I believe this is the
most useless skill yet. Throughout the game, you should be comboing
non-stop and combos never miss. So if you have a good reason as to why
one should get this skill, I’d like to hear it. For reasons as to why
you should be always comboing, please read 4.1 Combo Start.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0004_swordHEAVY SLASH: Limit 1 and low damage. Do not get this skill.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0005_swordPRESS IMPACT: Limit 2 (Front) and good damage. Get this skill to 9, and
now you should have 4 skills, which should be your 4 combo skills.

REGULAR

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0006_swordBLADE FORCE [BUFF]: Increases your damage. Get it to level 20 if your
skill point availability permits. If you observe carefully there should
be a light blue glow around your weapon.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0007_swordRAGING THRUST: Limit 2 (Side), knockback, and good damage. Remove Impact Stab and level this skill to 9.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0008_swordRISING SHOT: Limit 1, knockback, and good damage. Get it if you wish

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0009_swordRISING BLADE: Limit 1, knockback and good damage. Get it if you wish.

EXPERT

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0010_swordCASCADE BREAK: Limit 2 (Front), knockback, and good damage. Remove Power Stab and level this skill to 9.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0011_swordCHARGE: Limit 1 and low damage. Fun to use but nevertheless useless.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0012_swordROLLING CRASH: Limit 2 (Front), knockdown, and high damage. Remove
Press Impact and level this skill to 20 if skill point availability
permits. This is the first of your FINAL skills.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0013_swordIRON SKIN [BUFF]: Increases Defense and HP. Get it to level 20 if skill point availability permits.

ADVANCED EXPERT

BLADE AURA [BUFF]: Increases your damage. Get this skill to level 20,
however do not get this skill right away when you hit 0/67 A.Expert,
because your Blade Force will give a higher bonus at this point. I
suggest you to get Blade Aura and remove Blade Force once you hit 40/67
A.Expert, which is when you get Spiral Doom.

ROUND CUT: Limit 2 (Front and Back) and low damage. Get it if you wish.

SPIRAL DOOM: Limit 2, though it says limit 2, it will damage in the
form of limit 3. Very high damage, this is the second of your FINAL
skills. Get this skill to 20.

MASTER

SWORD CANNON: Limit 1, ranged, high damage. Level this skill to 9 only,
we need it only for the cool down because it does not add much each and
level and has a low multiplier. This is the third of your FINAL skills
and is otherwise known as the “boss” skill.

AURA BARRIER [BUFF]: Increases your Defense and HP. Get this skill to level 20.

ADVANCED MASTER

TERRA BREAK: Limit 3, stun, TREMENDOUS damage. This will be the fourth
of your FINAL skills. Level this skill to level 9 only, the reason is
because at level 9, your cool down will match the casting time of 6.3
seconds. Therefore, with this skill, we are looking for a higher DPS
then Damage.

GRAND MASTER

WHIRLWIND: Limit 3 and the damage is OMG! This will be the fifth and
final of your FINAL skills. Level this skill to level 9 only for the
same reason as Terra Break.

*Final note on the Active Skills, once you get level 9 Whirlwind, you
would actually only require 4 skills, and they are: Sword Cannon or
Rolling Crash (if you choose Sword Cannon remove Rolling Crash, I
personally prefer Sword Cannon), Spiral Doom, Terra Break, and
Whirlwind. One of my friends in CB2 did an even better combo with only
Spiral Doom, Terra Break, and Whirlwind each at level 9. Damage per
skill wasn’t high, but he just kept cycling through these 3 powerful
skills like mad, which gave him crazy DPS.

3.2 Upgrade Skills

Upgrade Skills gives a permanent increase to your stats AS LONG AS you
have the skill learned. If you remove the upgrade skill, you will not
get the bonus anymore.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0027HP MASTERY: Increases your maximum HP amount. This should be your first upgrade skill.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0031OFFENSIVE SENSE: Increases your damage.

Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0033DEFENSIVE SENSE: Increases your defense.

IMPACT CONTROL: At G.Master, this will provide a large boost to damage.

DAMAGE ABSROB: At G.Master, this will provide a large boost to your defense.

4. Level Up Skills

You will learn a new level up skill at levels 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and
60. In order to learn these skills, you must do a level up quest given
to you by your “birth land” instructor. In order to do the level up
quest, you MUST meet the stat requirement in your character information
window, which can be found above your stats. Level up stat requirements
is NOT affected by stat increasing items, so do NOT think you can use
an item to stat increase your way to meet a level up stat requirement.

4.1 Level 10 – Combo Start Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0037

At level 10 you will finish the quest given to you by the instructor in
Bloody Ice and you will then receive the Combo Start skill. I will not
explain anymore about Combo Start because there is a clear and concise
guide already made on the guide section of the website.

4.2 Level 20 – Aura Mode Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image001_0038

At level 20 you will finish the quest given to you by the instructor in
Bloody Ice and you will then receive the Aura Mode buff. There are a
total of 6 Aura Modes: Wind, Ice, Aqua, Earth, Fire, or Lightning. In
order to receive the Aura Mode, you must answer a series of question,
and the order in which you answer these questions will determine which
aura you get. I do not remember the specific orders of the answers that
will get you a specific aura, so please help me out if you know it.
Different Aura Modes mean nothing; they give the EXACT same temporary
stat bonus. The only difference is the look.

4.3 Level 30 – Battle Mode 1: Berserker Warrior {GUIDE by PooPeeDoo VER 1.4} & {Info & Links by Aquios ~ Ver 1.3} Char_warrior_clip_image002_0000

At level 30 you will finish the quest given to you by the instructor in
Bloody Ice and you will then receive the Battle Mode 1 buff. Just like
Aura Mode, this buff is only temporary. Each class has a unique Battle
Mode 1, for Warriors it is Berserker mode. As the name suggests, you
get a large amount of damage bonus and defense bonus, this will in turn
give a much higher damage to your skills. So make use of this short
amount of time and do some damage with your skills.

4.4 Level 40 – Stack Aura and Battle Mode 1

At level 40 you will finish the quest given to you by the instructor in
Bloody Ice and you will then receive the ability to stack Aura Mode and
Battle Mode 1. There will be no new skill icon, so don’t look for one.
The point of this ability is so that you can cast Aura Mode AND Battle
Mode 1 at the same time, after which you will have the stat buffs from
Aura Mode and Battle Mode 1. NOW, the trick is to cast Aura Mode and
THEN cast Battle Mode 1. These two temporary buffs will fail to stack
if you cast Battle Mode 1 before casting Aura Mode.

4.5 Level 50 – Battle Mode 2: Astral Weapon Summon

At level 50 you will finish the quest given to you by the instructor in
Bloody Ice and you will then receive Battle Mode 2, which allow you to
summon your Astral Weapon, in this case the Astral Scythe. The Astral
Scythe is an amazing Astral Weapon because the Warrior swings it in an
arc directly in front of him, therefore giving him the ability to have
a limit 2 for normal Astral Attacks. The Astral Weapon skill is very
powerful as well. When activated, the Warrior will throw the Astral
Weapon like a boomerang and then return.

*Note: When in Astral Mode, your normal attacks will consume MP and
when your MP is out, it will take a while for you to auto-chug a MP
potion, therefore some attacks you do during this time will count for
nothing. I don’t know if this is a bug, but it is a good idea to fill
up your own MP bar by chugging a MP potion once your MP gets low.

4.6 Level 60 – Stack Aura and Battle Mode 2

At level 40 you will finish the quest given to you by the instructor in
Bloody Ice and you will then receive the ability to stack Aura Mode and
Battle Mode 2. Same thing as stacking Aura with Battle Mode 1, cast
Aura then Battle Mode 2, and your stats will be stacked.

*Note: After level 60, you will no longer get anymore new level up
abilities and your stat requirement will also end here. Therefore, you
can now allocate your stats in any way you wish, but still remember you
are a Warrior, so allocate stats accordingly.

5. Resource Management

Most guides will use levels as a guide as to what you should be doing
with your resources. But I will use a new way and that is to use an
equipment-based guide system. The economy of this game can get
extremely complicated and become very unpredictable, therefore I cannot
provide you with an iron-clad guide as to what to do. But what I can do
is provide with some very good tips as to what to do until you’re level
50.

IMPORTANT: If you are rush leveler, and I would like to introduce the
“1 2 3” rule. This rule basically says, if you KNOW that you will be
the first, second, or third of your class to read level 50, THEN SAVE
all the money you get. When you get Shadowsteel drops, SAVE THEM until
you run out of storage space. When you hit level 50, start crafting and
recycle all the useless crafts you get until you reach the Adept craft.
Once you have crafted yourself a set of Adept +2, then start selling
them at 250k – 300k a piece. Given that you meet the “1 2 3” rule, you
can get rich in no time.

If you cannot meet the “1 2 3” rule, give up on crafting, otherwise you’re going to dig yourself into a deep debt hole.

6. Equipments

The guide I will provide next is based on what I believe is the optimal
to wear the newest equipments fastest and save money at the same time.
Some may agree with me, some may not. Whatever you believe, consider my
guide and go explore yourself.

6.1 Armors

Basic – Iron Armor Set: During this period, you should be able to wear
at least +4 or maybe even a +5 set. These should come easily from
drops, however if you have horrible luck, then start yelling out that
you want to buy these items and people will sell them to you.

Shadowsteel: This is where the real fun begins. At this level, you
should ONLY buy a set of Adept +2 (Skill Exp +3 per Skill). Looking for
the Shadowsteel great sword of Adept +2 could be some trouble, but I’m
sure there will be someone crafting it.

Bluestin: Skip this set. If you find a +4 Epaulet, sell it.

Titanium
: Get SLOTTED armor and weapons for this set only. You may want to upgrade this set to +4 or +5 and force core them.

Osmium: This set is very complicated. The Osmium set can have the
single slot or the double slot, the problem with that the single slots
won’t start pouring out until people reach level 80, after which the
prices will drop like there is no tomorrow. However, I suggest you to
get this set, but DO NOT upgrade it, just keep it at its normal state.
Once you start putting on double slotted Osmiums, then start upgrading
and force coring them. Double slotted Osmiums are boss drops only, so
you won’t be equipping them anytime soon.

Shineguard: VERY RARE. At this level, the equipments are now class
specific. This means that Warriors and Force Shielders will no longer
be able to wear the “same” armor. Beside each Shinguard piece you will
see (WA) or (FS): (WA) means only Warriors can wear this piece, while
(FS) means only Force Shielders can wear this piece. There is no
difference in stats or looks though. Because of the existence of this
new requirement, it will be much harder for you to wear this new set,
so be VERY patient. The best I saw was someone in Korean server with
single slot Red Osmium Martial helm, boot, and suit. Yah I know, I
stared at the screenshot and drooled all over my keyboard too. If you
find a double slotted Shineguard piece, go buy the lottery, because
most likely you might win that too.

6.2 Weapons

The weapons are leveled and have names the same as the Armor set with
the exception of Shadowtitanium and Red Osmium levels. Shadowtitanium
weapons have the same stat requirement as the Titanium weapons but with
a higher damage. Red Osmium weapons have the same stat requirement as
the Osmium weapons but with a higher damage.

6.3 Capes

For capes, please note this:

+3 – Shadowsteel

+4 – Bluestin

+5 – Titanium

+6 – Osmium

+7 – Shineguard

Only if you equip the armor piece of these levels of armor will the
cape show, with the exception of Nighworkers and Nightwalkers. If the
capes don’t show, the stats are there.

Guardian

+3: + 5 defense, +50 hp, + 20 defense rate

+4: +10 defense, +100 hp, +25 defense rate, +1% flee rate

6.4 Rides

Astral Board: You get the license at level 40, it costs 10 million, and
you can purchase it from any NPC vendor. To equip the Astral Board key,
you simply right click on it or drag it into your “ride” slot, which is
the one above your cape slot. Once equipped you will retain the stat it
provides even if you are not on the board.

Astral Bike: You get the license at level 80 and it is boss drop only.
This is rare but not so rare when you’re high level. I got two astral
bike keys in one Lake in Dusk run. Now the difference between bikes and
boards is that bikes can be upgraded with something called the Plasma
Coating and each time you upgrade your bike its stats will be
increased. I was able to upgrade my Astral Bike key to +2, which was
the only one in CB2 and there was only 2 other with Astral Bike Key +1.
Now you can see how rare it is, maybe even rarer than a cape. Below is
a list of the colors of the bike and the stat it provides at each
upgraded level.

+0: +10 defense +20 defense rate (light blue)

+1: +12 defense +30 defense rate (red with tints of brown)

+2: +14 defense +40 defense rate (dark blue)

+3: +16 defense +50 defense rate? (brown)

+4: +18 defense +60 defense rate? (brown with a minor change in shape)

+5 (RW): +20 defense +150 defense rate +ability to open storage (dark blue OR dark red)

Now here is the promised Astral Bike RW key you guys waited so long to see:

Once you achieve the RW level, you will have the ability to open your
storage no matter where you are just by right clicking the key AFTER it
is equipped.

7. Adept – Skill leveling

Now, what the Adept set does is it adds a bit of skill exp to your
skills each time you cast a skill, therefore allowing you to level up
your skills much faster. There are two ways in which you can make this
work, one will be for people who are new to the game and the other is
for those who are familiar with the game.

Newbies: If you are new to the game and want to explore quests and is
unfamiliar with the whole concept of comboing and chugging potions at
the same time, you should wear the Adept set past Bluestin set and then
switch over to the Titanium Set. However, during this time, you might
still have to learn to combo and chug potions as well. During this
period, you should be able to get a skill rank up or two. But this is
pretty much it for the newbies.

Advance
d: If you are a returning player and is very familiar with the
Adept concept and is very good with comboing and chugging potions, then
I would like to recommend the following strategy. Just like the
newbies, you will skip the Bluestin set; however, I recommend that you
skip the Titanium set as well. If you use my method, I guarantee that
you will break G.Master by level 90 or less. However, you better be damn good with the whole concept of comboing and potion chugging.

8. Boss Strategies

Very simple, follow my strategy guide and you will beat the boss in one
try. Oh and another thing, BUY LOTS OF POTIONS AND DRINK THEM LIKE MAD
DON’T GET CHEAP ON THE POTIONS FOR BOSSES!!!

8.1 Wraith

Very easy, just follow this quick and easy pattern and use a skill with a short cool down.

Hit, run, drink HP pot until full hp, hit, run, drink HP until full hp,…

8.2 Bloody Lihorn

Very easy, follow same pattern as I said for Wraith.

8.3 Plant Giant

A little more difficult because it will revive itself after you kill
it, so you have to kill it two times. Make sure you don’t run into his
roots he shoots out from the ground when you’re running around him.
Follow same strategy, but instead of running away from it, run around
it. He is still very easy.

8.4 Dark Jin

He is of the EXACT same format as Plant Giant.

8.5 Evil Wizard

In the beginning he will only shoot out ice beams directly in front of
him. I will tell you how to take ZERO damage in the first part of the
fight. Run right up to him, close enough to kiss him and you will take
zero damage from his ice beams. After that, he will do explosions all
over the room depending where you are so make sure you don’t run into
his explosions. Otherwise he will revive and just follow the same
strategy I’ve laid out for you.

8.6 MechaSpider

I never quite understood why people have so many problems with this
boss. It’s ridiculously easy. Follow this method and you will take zero
damage, GIVEN that you are Master rank.

Sword Cannon, Dash through him to the other side, Sword Cannon, Dash through him to the other side…

Man…I don’t even bother to prepare potions for this boss, that’s how easy he is.

8.7 Vampire Rigel

Easiest boss(es) ever, GIVEN that you are Master at least. He is ranged
and he is damn retarded, literally. The reason I said boss(es) is
because you have to kill him in 9 different forms, therefore you have
to kill him 9 times in a total of 9 different quests. Follow this
method and take zero damage if you make no mistakes, but bring potions
just in case.

Sword Cannon, move away, Sword Cannon, move away…

8.8 Ambush Boss – Name???

When you enter this level 94 dungeon in Port Lux, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE
AURA AND BATTLE MODE 2 STACKED!!! I cannot stress this enough. When you
enter the dungeon, you will only have 5 minutes with dark red mobs all
around you. With your Scythe clean out the mobs and wait until the
timer is over. After that, you will see the boss, which looks just like
Dark Jin with some queer long name. Same strategy.

Sword Cannon, run, drink pot until full HP, Sword Cannon, run, drink pot until full HP…

9. Major Dungeons

Dungeons are very fun in this game with or without a party and they are
GREAT places for EXP and rare item drops, especially capes.

9.1 Lake in Dusk

I will not write a guide for this dungeon because there is already an
excellent one made by Sileowh on cabal.mmosite.com. Here is the link:

http://cabal.mmosite.com/content/200...12237562.shtml

9.2 Ruina Station

To be updated…never got the chance to finish it, it’s really hard.

So you can do it multiple times.

So I brought +20 skill exp Adept equipments and use normal punch to hit the dungeon's door.

I got my magic to Apprentice level and saved quite a few stats for my Warrior.

Skilling in this way is much rewarding & faster than to use regeneration to
get Magic to Apprentice

If your equipments is around 35-40% critical rate %, then go for Lightning.

In China, their aura has effect based on the website above.
Who knows in future these aura effects may come to our server one day.
So better to play safe than sorry =x

This shows that once you reach Level 20, You should Pick Thunder
or Fire aura.(Just in case, and those two aura look cool also. ^^)

(As you can tell I just copied and paste)
This is for those who lazy to search or Want to find Guide quick.

Cabal Online is actually a very strainght foward game, doesn't really need a guide.
But I Copy-Paste here cos people might find it easier to search for a guide.
