CabalSEA 'Come dance and get buff!' Event

Dear Cabalists

The School Holidays
are around the corner, which means you can expect lots of events coming
up! And to get things started, we have decided to organise a Dancing and Buffing event just for you guys.

All players are invited to join in this casual event. Simply head down to
Bloody Ice’s Town during the scheduled timings shown below and mingle
with other players. Dance to your hearts desire and get a special buff
from our CM!

Don’t miss this chance to experience a previously unreleased buff!

Location: Bloody ice town

** Event will be running concurrently in all worlds

- Each CM buff lasts up to 3600 seconds (1 hour).
- However, the buff will disappear when the character dies, logs out and/or changes channel.

Event Details
o	The event will be held in game on following dates: 16/03/2009, 18/03/09, 20/03/09, 21/03/09 and 22/03/09
o	Before the start of the event, the CM will broadcast the rules and regulations of the event.
o	Once the event starts, CM will broadcast a message to inform all players that the event has started and the channel that the event is being held in.
o	The in-game event location will be Bloody Ice Town. However, CMs reserve the right to change the in-game location of event without prior warning.
Rules & Regulations
o	Players who use hack, offensive, sexual, abusive language, etc will be dealt with according to our User Abuse Policy.
o	Players who attempt to disrupt the progress of the event will be given an in-game ban for 7 days.
o	All CMs’ decisions are final and binding.
