[24.04] Cash Shop - Water Elemental Weapon and Bundles

Dear Cabalists,

This is to inform all players that all Cash Shop Items with [Costume] title (except for Gift Box) are meant to be account binding. Therefore all Water Elemental Weapons and Bundle are 'Account Binding' after the Urgent Cash Shop Maintenance.

Previously, there is some technical issue with the packages and other Water Elemental Weapons.

To be fair to all players, we will carry out the 'account binding' process on all Water Elemental Weapons on 29th April 2009, Wednesday. For players who are carrying non - account binding Water Elemental Weapons, please ensure that the items are in the correct account before 29th April 2009, Wednesday.

We would like to apologise for the mistake and thank you for your understanding.
